This infrared hot plate from Fortega Benelux is very suitable for use in the catering industry and in large kitchens, such as hospitals and nursing homes. Great for pre-heating your plates, dishes and pans or keeping food warm.

With the on / off button the plate starts to supply heat within 20 seconds. With the adjustment knob the temperature can be set to 120 degrees Celsius.
